These terms apply when you buy a guide from Five Pieces by Max ("we", "us"). The store is run by Marcos Cesar Barbosa Ribeiro, Brasília, Brazil. By buying, you agree to these terms.
Each product is a digital guide in PDF format, in English. Bundles include the guides listed with them. Nothing physical is shipped.
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. You get access to the files immediately after payment, by download link and by email.
You may download, print and use the guides for your own personal use. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, or use them in a commercial product.

Because the guides are delivered instantly, by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel or withdraw once the download is available. All sales are final, with the exceptions listed in the refund policy below.

Our guides are digital files delivered instantly, so all sales are final once the files have been delivered. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once the download is available.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Creem. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Support emails are deleted within 2 years.
